There have been analyzed classified mortality rates in accordance with European coefficient for able-bodied men of the Chelyabinsk region for 20 years from the age aspect. The study included such independent markers and predictors of IHD development and cardiovascular complications as indices for the peripheral atherosclerosis (ankle-brachial index) and the functional state of kidneys (creatinine clearance) for patients without IHD and for patients with various manifestations of myocardial ischemia. It was proposed monitoring of indicators under study to improve the prognosis of healthy individuals and patients with IHD.
