One 3-substituted-2-cyanopyridine preparing compounds

The present invention discloses a method for preparing one 3-substituted-2-cyano pyridines. Said method comprising the steps of: (1) as shown in Formula Ⅰ containing the 3-substituted acyl halide and a solution of pyridine -N- mixed oxide, 1 to obtain a reaction product; and (2) the reaction 1 and cyanogen mixing an aqueous solution of compound, to give 2-cyano-3-substituted pyridine compound represented by formula ⅱ; wherein R is selected from methyl, halo, hydroxy, cyano, 2-hydroxyethyl, methoxy, or 1- cyanomethyl.
