The method comprises the following steps of: after melting the PLA/PBAT alloy, adding a compatilizer into the PLA/PBAT alloy, and blending at 140-220 DEG C for 5-60 min to obtain modified blend, wherein the use amount of the compatilizer is 0.001-90 wt% of the total mass of the PLA/PBAT. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of lowering surface tension, reducing dispersed phase size, greatly improving two-phase compatibility and the like.
