Rapid Manufacturing of Mold & Die Based on PSFP

The technique of rapid manufacturing of mold and die with PSFP (plasma_spray forming part) are studied. The experiments are carried using Ni01(Ni_Fe_Cr_B_Si) alloy powder as spraying material. Some key technologies to the processes are discussed.
