Design and Quality Control for HVAC System in Highly Clean Wards

With a project example, presents some methods of clean air-conditioning for highly clean wards. With the double fans to satisfy the requirement for supply air rate, with the centralized make-up air handling unite to ensure the cleanliness level and reduce the self-clean time, with three stage muffler in supply air duct and tow stage muffler in air return duct to be able to settle noise effectively. At last the quality control method in the constructing process is presented.
