Method of producing non-burning outer wrapper for use with smoking product and non-burning outer wrapper obtained thereby

PURPOSE: To produce a non-burning wrapper for tobacco generating no positive smell, forming a white or gray carbonate supporting a burning source, feeding a uniform smoking suction amount to a smoker, and not receiving an influence sharply from different heat of each burning source. CONSTITUTION: A non-burning wrapper for use with smoking products is formed by preparing a treating solution consisting essentially of water, calcium chloride and a reactive size agent of paper, treating both sides of a base paper made of 100% cellulose by the treating solution, drying the treated paper, preparing a coating solution consisting essentially of water, calcium carbonate, potassium silicate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, coating one side of the treated base paper with the coating solution, and drying the treated and coated paper.
