The invention discloses rotor packs and a method for forming a helical passage. Besides normal slot holes, the rotor packs also have a plurality of passage holes, the rotor packs are numbered according to the laminating sequence, the punching positions of the normal slot holes are maintained constant, the plurality of passage holes are punched according to a principle that the rotor packs sequentially rotate for a certain angle along the center of a rotor, then the packs are laminated according to the number sequence, the slot holes form a rotor groove which is identical to that of a normal motor, and the plurality of passage holes form a plurality of rotor helical passages. By adopting the rotor packs and the method for forming the helical passage, the pack machining process is simple, and only the punching quantity is increased compared with the conventional process; the overall weight of the formed rotor is reduced, the middle passage is free from influencing the coupling of a magnetic field of a stator and the rotor, the helical passage in the middle part of the rotor is used for gas or liquid medium to pass through, the heat radiating performance is improved, so that the overall performance of the motor can be improved, the service life of the motor can be prolonged, and the motor is particularly applicable to the working condition environment with high temperature increasing requirement. Meanwhile, a machine-pump integrated device key part also can be directly formed.
