2013
Objective To study the content and clinical value of human papulloma virus( HPV) in cervicitis, cervical precancerous lesions and carcinoma. Methods Randomly selected from Aug. 2009 to Oct. 2012 in Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Shenzhen Shajing Hospital Gynecological Department,50 cases each of cervicitis, cervical precancerous lesions, and cervical cancer were included in the study,HPVpositive cases,HPV level and HPV-positive patients DNA subtype composition were tested. Results In 150 patients, there were 98 cases of HPV infection, the positive rate was 63. 33%,cervicitis,cervical precancerous lesions, carcinoma of the cervix infection rates were 22%( 11/50),78%( 39/50),96%( 48/50). HPV level showed chronic cervicitis group cervical precancerous lesion group cervical cancer group. The positive rate of HPV-DNA-16 and HPV-DNA-18 were highest which were 89. 80% and 86. 73%,positive rate of HPV-DNA-52,HPV-DNA-56,HPV-DNA-58 were secondly which were 52. 04%,57. 14%,50% and showed chronic cervicitis group cervical precancerous lesion group cervical cancer group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Detection of high-risk HPV DNA types has positive clinical value for it is helpful for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
