The Research of Theoretical Approaches to Increasing the Reliability of Automated Control Systems in the Energy Sector

The article deals with the problems of transferring reliable signals of control and control over the communication channels of complex power supply management systems for production facilities. The discrepancy between the concept of "information reliability" and "information security from interference in the communication channel" is mathematically justified. It is theoretically justified that in order to ensure a high level of the system reliability of equipment state signals in the process of technical diagnostics, it is necessary to combine the procedures for inputting information from sensors with encoding. A method of three-pulse correlation coding based on the coding procedure for all sensors simultaneously in three time-separated stages has been developed. It forms two allowed and four forbidden codes that determine the presence and the type of malfunction or the absence of distortions in the information message. A technique for calculating the system reliability of the signals of the state of electrical equipment characterized by the sum of the probabilities of undetectable distortions of information and undetectable faults of the elements of the entire information delivery route and the component 1,110−12 has been proposed. This is several orders of magnitude better than the parameters of modern analogues.
