Double acting head structure in artificial hip joint system

2008
The utility model relates to the field of orthopedic medical instruments, in particular to a double-acting head structure in an artificial hip joint system, which comprises an outer cup and an inner lining mounted in the outer cup. The lower part of the inner wall of the outer cup is an upwards-folded outer cup tapered straight section, and the lower part of the inner lining is an inner lining tapered straight section in self-locking conjunction with the taper of the outer cup tapered straight section. An annular concavity and an annular convexity for realizing interlocking by embedding the annular concavity are respectively formed on the outer cup tapered straight section on the outer cup and the inner lining tapered straight section on the inner lining. The rotation between the inner lining and the outer cup is prevented by using the self-locking conjunction between the outer cup tapered straight section and the inner lining tapered straight section, and the firm locking between the inner lining and the outer cup is realized through the annular concavity and the annular convexity between the inner lining and the outer cup; through the combined action of the two structures, fine motion of the inner lining in the outer cup is effectively prevented, the service life of the double-acting head is effectively improved, and the treatment effect of artificial hip joint operations is guaranteed.
