Theoretical and experimental estimations of the dielectric permittivity of AlN–Mo pressureless sintered composites at the frequencies of 3.2–10.0 GHz

The theoretical assessment of the dielectric permittivity of the system insulator–spheroidal grains of the conductor and its comparison with the experimentally defined value in a microwave region for pressureless sintered AlN–Mo composite materials with the molybdenum concentrations of 16.6–24.0 vol % and the grain aspect ratio of 1.3–2.9 without the microscopic electrical conduction have been presented.
