Изучение антимикробной активности ксантоновых соединений, выделенных из горечавки жёлтой

The studied xanthones from Gentiana lutea L. family Gentianaceae on antibacterial activity are disposed: sum of aglycones from overground part > sum of glycosides from overground part > sum of glucosides from root > sum of aglycones from root, and on antiviral activity: sums of glycosides from root and overground part > sums of aglycones from root and overground part. The dependence of structure activity of these xanthones is discussed. The use of phytoremedis from overground part and root of this planta in the capacity of antimicrobial remedis are suggested.
