The present invention discloses a self-repairing flexible printed circuit board and its preparation method, a substrate of the circuit board is constituted by a self-healing elastomer hydrogel dynamic boronic ester bond contained in the substrate material and each parts by weight of the raw materials as follows: a hydrophilic group-containing vinyl monomer or polymer 30 to 70 parts, hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer or a polymer of 5 to 35 parts, 2-8 parts of a boron-containing compound, water 15 -35 parts, 0.5-1 parts radical initiator. Dynamic boronic ester bond formed by the hydroxyl groups of the present invention with borate hydrogel impart elastomeric self-healing capabilities, a boric acid ester as a dynamic covalent bond, both the strength of a covalent bond, a physical crosslinking plasticity and reversibility thereby imparting self-repairing performance, extend the life cycle material; while that cheap raw materials and simple preparation process, and has good mechanical properties.
