AUTOFORM을 이용한 자동차용 내부보강판 성형 공정에 대한 스프링백 해석

The objective of this paper is to investigate into the springback characteristics of an inner reinforced plate of automotive to optimally design the stamping dies using three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element analysis. DP 980 high strength steel with the thickness of 1.0-1.2 ㎜ was used as the stamping sheet. In order to mechanical properties and flow curves, the tensile test has been carried out. The optimization measure of the die design has been chosen as the bending radius of the die design. In the three-dimensional FEA, a co㎜ercial software AutoForm has been utilized. Through the three-dimensional FEA, the influence of the bending radius on the springback of the stamped part has been quantitatively examined. The results of FEA have been compared to the those of stamping experiments. Based on the above results, the optimal design of the dies for the inner reinforced plate of the automotive has been obtained.
