Discussion with Specialist Training of Clinical Pharmacist and Team Management under the New Policy of Health Care System Improvement

Objective:To adapt to the situation of new health care reform as soon as possible,and promote the development of hospital clinical pharmacy,combining with the current situation of clinical pharmacist training, we make suggestion for the development direction of hospital pharmacy.Methods:By studying and analyzing the current situation of clinical pharmacist team to raise plan of specialization training and performance management. Results:Clinical pharmacy team still can not meet the requirements of the new situation,and we need to improve clinical pharmacy rapidly.Management system and training measures adaptable for the specialization of clinical pharmacists should be put in place as soon as possible to promote the rapid development of clinical pharmacist team,to meet the people's demand for basic medical treatment.Conclusions:The specialization of clinical pharmacists is the way for hospital pharmacy development.
