PROGRESS IN SCRAMJET ENGINE TESTS AT NAL-KRC

Recent progress in scramjet engine tests in the Ramjet Engine Test Facility (RJTF) and in the High Enthalpy Shock Tunnel (HIEST) at the National Aerospace Laboratory, Kakuda Space Propulsion Laboratory (NAL-KPC) are described. Future prospects based on those results are also described.
