The method of treating hair

The invention provides a method of treating the hair including providing a concentrated hair care composition in an aerosol foam dispenser. The concentrated hair care composition includes from about 3% to about 18% of one or more oils, perfume, and less than 8% high melting point fatty compounds. The method also includes dispensing the concentrated hair care composition from the aerosol foam dispenser as a dosage of foam; applying the foam to the hair; and rinsing the foam from the hair. The foam has a density of from about 0.025 g/cm to about 0.3 g/cm when dispensed from the aerosol foam dispenser.
