Nuclear-power-station main-steam-pipe leakage detection system

2015
The invention provides a nuclear-power-station main-steam-pipe leakage detection system. The system employs an infrared thermal imaging technology different from a conventional leakage detection method for a reactor coolant loop and a main steam pipe. An infrared detector is utilized for monitoring easy-leakage positions of the main steam pipe in real time, converting a main-steam-pipe surface infrared radiation signal into an electric signal and further converting into a temperature signal through amplification processing. The monitoring technology possesses the non-contacting characteristic, and the signal can be displayed in a main control chamber and operator monitoring is facilitated. A base database is established at operation initial stage, the real-time monitoring signal is compared with the base database, an alarm signal is emitted according to deviation, and the leakage position can be relatively accurately found out, and thus an operator is prompted to pay attention to the unit operation state and is facilitated to make correct determination.
