Disposal and use of shaft drainage as water resource

The freshwater source is lacked very much in China, especially in many mining areas, and a lot of ordinary and industrial water are needed in shafts construction,but in order to ensure the safety of shafts, the underground watersource is destroyed seriously when drainning artificially. In this paper, the processing flow of ordinary and industrial water obtained from the purification and disposal of shaft drainage is presented,and the social, environmental and economical benefits of shaft drainage conversion to resources are analyzed.
