N-O TRANSPOSITION OF A TERT-BUTOXYCARBONYL GROUP (BOC) ON A BICYCLIC SACCHARIDE

The use of carbohydrate-based scaffolds for the construction of biologically active compounds is now a well-accepted concept. Our project consists to construct a bicyclic glucosidic scaffold and studying its potential functionalization for the peptidomimetic construction.
