Ультрафиолетовое излучение, фототип и меланома кожи

2006
In the article, a modern conception of sunlight impact on risk of skin melanoma development depending on a degree of pigmentation of skin, hair, iris of the eye a human phototype has been shown. The problem has been considered from the point of view of the results of the latitude-population studies, ethnogenomics, molecular biology and physiology, clinical observations and the results of the authors' clinical study based on the results of combined and complex treatment of 373 patients with skin melanoma. It has been shown that a human phototype was an unusually significant factor in etiology of skin melanoma with which the risk of that disease beginning was connected. It was stipulated by the fact that in red-haired, blond and light-haired persons with light skin, melanin was to a bigger or lesser degree represented by pheomelanin that was less functional concerning conservation of skin against damaging impact of ultraviolet radiation in comparison with eumelanin that caused hair dark color and swarthy skin. However, it did not influence the dynamics of development of a specific process and on the results of the combined and complex treatment of skin melanoma.
