Bracket for precisely cutting micro-workpiece through water jets

The invention discloses a bracket for precisely cutting a micro-workpiece through water jets. When the bracket is cooperatively used with a high-pressure water jet system during micro-workpiece cutting, the functions of quick positioning, remote cutting and precise guiding can be achieved. The bracket is composed of a target disk (1), a water-proof cover (2), a spring (3), a spray head swinging frame (4), handles (5), a control line (6) and a control handrail (7). The target disk and the water-proof cover are embedded at the same radian and are convenient to disengage quickly, and the other parts are connected with one another through screws. The center of the target disk is provided with a hole of which the size and the shape are the same as those of the workpiece, so that positioning is convenient. The water-proof cover has the functions of preventing a large amount of water jet water flow and grinding materials from splashing, and the periphery of the water-proof cover is provided with punching water holes; and the spring controls the initial position of a spray head and can rebound automatically after cutting, and the spray head swinging frame can only swing in a one-dimensional mode, and the cutting path is ensured to be linear. The positioning problem of precise small-size workpiece cutting is solved, and the splashing problem and the precise control problem of cutting of water jet equipment are solved.
