The invention discloses an indole-2-acetamide compound with an anti-inflammatory effect, and an application thereof in preparation of anti-inflammatory drugs. The indole-2-amide compound is represented by one of formula (I) to formula (III), and in the formula (I), R1 is selected from alkoxy groups and halogens, R2 is selected from alkyl groups, piperazinyl groups, morpholinyl groups, aryl groups or heteroaryl groups which can be optionally substituted by different substituent groups, and R3 is selected from hydrogen and methoxy groups; in the formula (II), R4 is selected from alkyl groups and benzyl groups; and in the formula (III), R5 is selected from alkanoyl groups and sulfonyl groups. Analogues adopting indole-2-acetamide as a mother nucleus structure have high-efficiency and broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory uses.
