Clinical Observation of Effect of Astragale Injection on Albumin Level in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis and liver Cirrhosis

Objective:To observe the effect of astragale injection on liver function and albumin level in patient with chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. Methods: 121 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. In control group,61 patients were treated with potenlini and compound amino acid injection ( 15 AA) for thirty days. In treatment group 60 patients were treated with potenlini and compound amino acid injection( 15AA) adding astragle injection in a dose of 20mL/d for thirty days. Results: One month kter TB and ALT levels in treatment group were lower than that in control group and albumin level in treatment group was higher than that in control group.The clinical effect was significant. Conclusions: Astragale injection has obvious effect on chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis.It can improve liver function,Its price is lower and side reaction is slighter.
