The invention discloses a robot collision detection system based on a thin film circuit. The robot collision detection system based on the thin film circuit comprises a fixed support fixed to a robot, an intelligent barrier recognizing assembly installed on the fixed support, and exterior outline rubber wrapping the intelligent barrier recognizing assembly and the fixed support. The intelligent barrier recognizing assembly is composed of the thin film conductive circuit and a conductive rubber strip, wherein the thin film conductive circuit is installed on the fixed support and can deform and curve, the conductive rubber strip is arranged between the exterior outline rubber and the thin film conductive circuit, and the conductive rubber strip is deformed after being stressed so that the thin film conductive circuit can be connected. According to the robot collision detection system based on the thin film circuit, after a moving robot collides with barriers in the advancing process, the robot can recognize the barriers in the left direction, the middle direction and the right direction and then stops or avoids the barriers, and therefore the protection capacity of the robot is improved.
