The Influence of Digital Employee Experience and Employee Agility: Do They Boost Firm’s Effectiveness?

Dry ports promote regional development and are especially useful in coastal areas. The pandemic has affected all industries in Indonesia, including Cikarang Dry Port. Business actors must also improve organizational agility to adapt by providing digital experiences to employees to survive during a pandemic. To get the maximum benefit for the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm are very important. Therefore, this study's objective was to determine the influence of the employee's digital experience and the employee's agility in the company's effectiveness. To achieve these goals, the researchers used quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 48 respondent employees from 56 sample frames. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and the data were analysed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The study results show that the experience and agility of the digital employee influence the company's effectiveness. There are three novelties in the study. First, research on the digital employee experience is something new and has only developed in recent years. The second in terms of research objects are dry port companies. The third is to study the impact of the digital employee experience and employee agility on the dry port company's effectiveness. These three new features can provide insights into the digital employee experience, employee agility, and Dry Port Firm's effectiveness.
