La multiculturalidad como enfoque para la educación médica superior

This work seeks to propitiate a reflection in regards to the mission of the Cuban Medical University of forming health professionals that respond to the needs of multicultural societies, in a context where a great cultural diversity converges, with common and different interests. It is made an analysis taking into account the planning of directives and strategies and another one from the executer entities, educational as non- educational, both of them with a multicultural perspective. Starting from a descriptive study, a multicultural focus is evidenced at the time of guiding and executing each university process in our context.
