A quick lofting and positioning device for drilling, exploding and hole distributing of a tunnel comprises a rotating plate, a hollow double-thread screw and a long dotting rod, wherein the hollow double-thread screw is perpendicularly arranged in the middle of the rotating plate; groove-shaped screws are arranged on the double-thread screw at intervals; an arc-shaped supporting plate is arranged in a groove of each groove-shaped nut; an inserting rod is inserted in the hollow double-thread screw; a gravity type graduated plate and a scale sliding rack are perpendicularly arranged at the outer end of the inserting rod; a scale rod is arranged in the scale sliding rack; a gap is formed between the inserting rod and the hollow double-thread screw; the inserting rod and the hollow double-thread screw rotate relatively; and a laser pen is arranged on the top of the long dotting rod. The quick lofting and positioning device for drilling, exploding and hole distributing of the tunnel has the advantages that the work procedures of drilling, exploding and hole distributing of the tunnel are simplified, the hole distributing time is shortened, and the quick lofting and positioning device is operated simply, safely and reliably.
