Control Of Critical CPV Panel Assembly Parameters Through Manufacturing Automation

We describe the SolFocus panel design and the essential manufacturing steps, emphasizing the assembly tolerances. Equipment development and calibration to meet required tolerances is described. After establishment of requirements for panel performance, we provide a description of assembly throughput optimization. We finish by analyzing performance of process control indicators.
