No pressure of large dose of IVU plus delay radiography in moderate and severe hydronephrosis obstruction diagnosis value

Objective To explore the value of no pressure of large dose of IVU plus delay radiography in moderate and severe hydronephrosis obstruction diagnosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with severe hydronephrosis in our hospital from September2011 to September 2013 were selected,and were tested by B ultrasound examination and no pressure of high dose IVU plus delay radiography examination.Results The accurate rate of diagnosis of obstruction of the no pressure of large dose of IVU plus delay perturbation examination was significantly higher than that of the B ultrasound examination(χ2=8.23,P0.05).Conclusion Use the no pressure of large dose of IVU plus delay perturbation examination in patients of severe hydronephrosis, diagnosis,can reach a high accuracy, the effect is exactly compare with B ultrasound examination which is worthy of promotion.
