A compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or ester or amide thereof, wherein: R1 is (CR4R5) nNR2R3; n is 1 or 2; R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, benzyl, phenyl, naphthyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl-C1-6 alkyl, or R2 and R3 together with the nitrogen to which they are attached they form a 5- or 7-membered heteroaryl or 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring, both rings optionally containing 1 or 2 additional atoms of oxygen, sulfur, S (O) m, or nitrogen, said additional nitrogen atom optionally substituted with a C1-6 alkyl or aryl group; m is 0, 1 or 2; R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; and wherein any of said C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, benzyl, phenyl, naphthyl, heteroaryl and heteroaryl-C1-6 alkyl groups may be optionally substituted with up to three members selected from a group consisting of
