Monitoring of land underflooding by aviation remote sensing complex ACRS-30

In the paper theoretical approaches and results of Integrated monitoring of land underflooding by a side-looking Ka-band radar, an aerial camera and IR scanner of aviation complex of remote sensing ACRS-30 are presented.
