Bi-directionady motion-compensated frame-rate up-conversion for H.264/AVC decoders

We propose a technique to perform frame-rate up-conversion in baseline H.264/AVC compliant decoders. It exploits a low-complexity motion estimation algorithm including a novel method to enhance the consistency of motion fields.
