Experiment improvement of the soluble sugar content determination by enthrone colorimetric method

Some questions were investigated and improved in the soluble sugar content determination by enthrone colorimetric method.The results showed that 80 % sulfuric acid was dispensed 1 h beforehand,when the temperature was equal with that of room,the enthrone colorimetric was weighed and the solution was prepared.The centrifuge tube with scales was used to extract the soluble sugar.Shaking the mixture well several times and diluting in optimum times were stressed.All of the improvement helped to increase accuracy of the determination and simplify the operation.
