Die bei der Addition antimitotischer β-Phenyl-athylamin-Derivate an 2.3.4.6.-Tetraacetyl-β-D-glucosylisothiocyanat entstehenden Diastereomerengemische wurden aufgetrennt und die erhaltenen Tetraacetylglucosyl-thioharnstoffe in entsprechende Glucosyl- thioharnstoffe, -harnstoffe und -guanidine ubergefuhrt.
