Conductive heating composite bar for pavement snow melting and deicing and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a conductive heating composite bar for pavement snow melting and deicing and a preparation method thereof. The conductive heating composite bar comprises: at least one bundle of carbon fiber conductive heating wires, continuous fiber bundles coating the carbon fiber conductive heating wires, and adhesives for dipping the carbon fiber conductive heating wires and the continuous fiber bundles; the carbon fiber conductive heating wires and the continuous fiber bundles dipped with the adhesives are bonded and hardened to form an integral conductive heating composite bar. The conductive heating composite bar is characterized in that the carbon fiber conductive heating wires comprise at least one insulating layer; the adhesives comprise one or more than one of unsaturated resin, vinyl resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, urea resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, and polyurethane resin.
