In article the method of making preparation from Cladonia lichens on the basis of solid-phase technology is described. The received nanostructured complexes consist of the carrier lichen oligosaccharides, being formed in the course of mechanochemical processing lichen polysaccharides, and active ingredient of any nature. The effect of increase of bioactivity of active ingredients at a complexing with lichen β-oligosaccharides was proved at creation of mechanochemical biological products of antibacterial action. Mechanoactivation of a biocomplex lichen β-oligosaccharides from vitamine and microelement complex leads to increase by 2,5-3 times of resistance of an organism of CD-1 line laboratory mice to action of exercise stresses and extreme factors of various nature at a dose decline due to larger bioavailability of wearable substance and carrier detoxicant function. Production can be useful to health and rehabilitation prophylaxis, in particular at athletes, with the purpose of the fastest restitution of a state of health, adaptive potential after the raised loadings.
