Vesicle-containing composition, and method for manufacturing the same

Vesicle-containing composition comprising: (A) a perfume, (B) a silicone oil, (C) a silicone surfactant, (D) one or more elements selected from the group consisting of ethanol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and 1,3 - butylene glycol, and (E) water; wherein the silicone surfactant (C) form the vesicles and 95% by weight or more perfume (A) and the silicone oil (B) of the composition they are present in the vesicle membrane bilayer.
