The invention relates to a movable type vehicle loader with a double-telescopic-boom structure. The movable type vehicle loader with the double-telescopic-boom structure comprises a head crane and a tail crane. The tail crane is connected with the head crane through a traction rod. Double telescopic booms and double levels of three-channel fork funnels are installed on the head crane. The double telescopic booms are the main vehicle loading boom and the auxiliary vehicle loading boom which are arranged in parallel. The main vehicle loading boom and the auxiliary vehicle loading boom are both the booms with the telescopic function. The double levels of three-channel fork funnels comprise the upper-level fork funnel and the lower-level fork funnel, and the upper-level fork funnel and the lower-level fork funnel are respectively provided with a main vehicle loading channel, an auxiliary vehicle loading channel and a waste recycling channel, wherein each main vehicle loading channel is connected with the main vehicle loading boom, and each auxiliary vehicle loading channel is connected with the auxiliary loading boom. By the adoption of the movable type vehicle loader with the double-telescopic-boom structure, bulk cargo (such as coal and ore) can be continuously placed into an open carriage in quantity, the use conditions of an electric railway depot can be met, and the movable type vehicle loader can be used in the electric railway depot, and be suitable for an electric railway with a catenary.
