A Method to Reduce PAPR of STBC OFDM Signals

The OFDM signal consists of large number of independently modulated subcarriers,which can yield a large Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR) when the subcarriers add up coherently.Space-time block coded OFDM system is introduced space-time block coding to OFDM system,In this paper,we use the Selected Mapping(SLM) to reduce the PAPR of Space-Time Block Coded(STBC) OFDM signals,and compapre the performance using simulation.
