Prelimiary Study on the effect of Male Sterility of Spring Wheat in Qinghai Plateau Induced by Chemical Hybridizing Agent SQ-1

To study the effect of male sterility of spring wheat in qinghai plateau induced by SQ-1 and the reaction between different cultivars,the three factors split plot design experiment including main plot,split-plot pose and the variety split-split plot.The results showed that all cultivars in experiment could be induced male sterility rate above 95% at the stage of feekes 8.0-feekes 8.5 under 5.0kg/hm2.The pistil fertility could up to 90% in the supplementary pollination,it indicated that SQ-1 had no obvious effect on pistil.
