Phthalimide containing benzothiazole derivative or a salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof

The present invention provides a pharmaceutically phthalimide containing benzothiazole derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, their preparation, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. Pharmaceutically phthalimide containing benzothiazole derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof selectively inhibit protein between KRS and laminin receptor (LR) - protein interaction, thereby inhibiting migration of cancer cells. Accordingly, benzothiazole derivatives having phthalimide pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof can be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of a disease associated with cancer metastasis.
