The analgesic and antigout effects of Ruyizhenbao pill

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the analgesic and antigout effect of Ruyizhenbao pill.METHODS The mice or rats were orally treated with Ruyizhenbao pill.Then the pharmacodynamics of Ruyizhenbao pill was respectively investigated by writhing test,hot-plate test,antigout test,and histopatholocical examination.RESULTS Compared with the control group,Ruyizhenbao pill significantly reduced the number of writhing,increased the pain threshold,alleviated the pathological changes of ankle,and reduced the inflammatory index.CONCLUSION Ruyizhenbao pill had analgesic and antigout efficacy.
