This thesis was conducted at the Center for Basic General Education, "Carlos Galarza Gualberto" Parish Julio Moreno Canton Guaranda Bolivar Province by understanding the methodological techniques uncoordinated literacy - learning to write enhance the development of reading and writing habits of students in General Basic Education Center previously indicated by a methodological guide as an instrument of technical support in the educational process of teaching. Those who are engaged in the field of basic education, we are obliged to seek alternatives to innovate our pedagogical skills and enable new methodologies in literacy techniques; to give our students the essential to improve reading and writing both verbal and written are the two indispensable tools that we all human beings to communicate in an efficient way with people living in our environment tools. From this approach, we propose to teach the language based on the macro language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing full texts in real communicative situations, so students are part of the processes of personal and integral development, thanks to the wonderful world of good writing and reading
