Factores de éxito y hechos portadores de futuro para consolidar un observatorio para la competitividad en Risaralda

The present document contains the factors of success and carrying facts of future for the creation of the “Observatory for the competitiveness for the department of Risaralda”; from the approach to the identification of the present situation of the competitiveness in the world, Colombia and Risaralda, of the agents who take part and the disposition of the same to work in the subject; it is possible to be affirmed that this work constitutes in a situacional analysis of some elements of the competitiveness of Risaralda and an important tool that it will serve as departure point for regional projects focused to work in the competitiveness of the companies.
