Simulative Research of Synchronization Control of Two Hydraulic Cylinder System Based on Coordinative Control

A novel synchronization control strategy of multi-hydraulic cylinder based on coordinative control was proposed to improve adjustment precision and reduce adjustment time.The improved neuron PID control algorithm of the dual-cylinder synchronous motion was introduced.Dynamic simulation of dual-cylinder synchronous system was presented by AMESim and Simulink.This result shows that the new method is more capable of improving precision and speed.
