The invention relates to a catalyst for preparing olefins from saturated alkanes through dehydrogenation. The catalyst is prepared from, by weight, 1-40 parts of dehydrogenation active component, 0.01-2 parts of first auxiliary, 0-10 parts of second auxiliary and 58-98.9 parts of carrier. According to the catalyst for preparing olefins from saturated alkanes through dehydrogenation, the active component is a base metal element and environment-friendly, the hydrogenation auxiliaries catalyze coke precursor hydrogenation, the coke yield is reduced, olefin selectivity is improved, and the regeneration cycle is prolonged. The catalyst is high in alkane conversion per pass and olefin selectivity, is very stable in dehydrogenation performance after being regenerated repeatedly and can be used in a stationary bed, a moving bed and a fluidized bed reaction device.
