The invention discloses a production method for building blocks with foam slurry filling cores. The method sequentially includes the steps of hollow building block forming, first-time curing, foaming and grouting, second-time curing, palletizing, pallet returning and the like. The man-machine integration mode is adopted for organizing production, and therefore the manufacturing cost and the failure frequency of equipment are substantially reduced; as a pallet returning system is innovated, the problem that a building block forming machine cannot produce the building blocks normally as a palletizer fails frequently is solved. A self-heat-preservation curing system is designed, the energy conservation and emission reduction effects are excellent, and the building block curing time is greatly shortened; the problems that in the automatic production process for the building blocks with the foam slurry filling cores, energy consumption for building block curing is high, curing time is long, production time is affected by air temperature changes and season changes, the manufacturing cost of a production line is high, and all the automatic equipment in the production process is high in failure rate are solved, and application and popularization of the production method have good economic benefits and social benefits.
