Two new phenylethanoid glycosides and a new secoiridoid glycoside from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora

Abstract Two new phenylethanoid glycosides, named scroside H ( 1 ), scroside I ( 2 ), and a new secoiridoid glycoside, named picrogentioside I ( 3 ), have been isolated from the underground parts of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora . Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
