A method of diagnosis of medically relevant conditions in raw samples comprising: a) preparing a sample solution based on the raw sample b) detecting the levels of one or more markers characteristic of the medical condition relevant mentioned in the sample solution said c) detecting the levels of one or more markers characteristic normalization of at least one of the following parameters at least: i) the presence or absence of certain cell type among the cells represented within the sample solution ii) the presence or absence of a particular pattern of differentiation in the cells represented within the sample solution iii) the presence or absence of certain properties of cell proliferation represented within the sample d) solution comparing the levels of markers characteristic for the medically relevant condition referred to levels the normalization markers detected in the s sample olution, normalizing the detected level of the marker characteristic for the medical condition relevant mentioned regarding one or more suitable parameters, e) diagnosing the medically relevant condition from the normalized levels of said markers characteristic of the medical condition relevant mentioned in the sample solution .
